About Aranco Consultancy & Interim Management

Aranco is a consultancy organization focused on realizing sustainable improvements for our clients. Aranco carries out projects for clients in both the profit and the non-profit sector, ranging from small starting entrepreneurs to large (international) organizations. Within the non-profit sector, we are particularly strong in the education, healthcare and public sector. Cross-border cooperation is also a specific area of ​​focus for Aranco. Many of our projects often involve multiple clients, often from different sectors. Special expertise is therefore available in the field of complex forms of cooperation, including public-private partnership structures (PPP). Aranco consists of a small team of 6 employees.

Job description

Within our team you will mainly focus on coordinating (parts of) projects as a team, as well as developing business and project plans. Carrying out market/feasibility studies can also be part of your responsibilities. Your substantive areas of attention mainly include the educational sector and cross-border cooperation.

As a consultant at Aranco, your clients are educational institutions, (semi-)governmental organisations, healthcare providers and companies. You are able to build a good network within these sectors and bring relevant parties together to arrive at widely supported solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • As a consultant you are responsible for the implementation of your own project portfolio, often working in teams together with colleagues and representatives of the customer(s);
  • You are able to enter into long-term advisory relationships with clients, both individual parties and partnerships;
  • You are able to align multiple parties with complex, long-term assignments;
  • Your working area is primarily the region of Limburg / Euregio Maas-Rijn and secondarily the rest of the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany

What we are looking for

  • You have a bachelor diploma or university degree , preferably in a business administration, educational and/or economic field;
  • Project management skills;
  • Consultancy experience is not required, but some work experience is desirable;
  • You are a connector, able to make contacts at various levels in an organization, you have persuasiveness and you are able to help others in making choices;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • A pragmatic attitude;
  • You recognize (future) needs in the market, identify trends and developments;
  • You are customer-oriented and flexible;
  • You proactively think along about improvements in the organization and opportunities in the market;
  • A good knowledge of the Dutch and English language is a requirement;
  • Command of the German or French language is an advantage;
  • You are in possession of driving license B;
  • Having international/cross-border experience is an advantage;
  • You are aware of (Eu)regional economic developments.
